Once confirmed, customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except in the case of a genuine issue from our side.

Shipping & Delivery


We do our best to dispatch orders within the expected timeframe. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may sometimes vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, Twylla is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner.
