Return & Exchange Policy


At Twylla, every piece is made on order and stitched specially once your order is placed.
We work with great care, attention to detail, and thoughtful finishing for each garment, making every piece unique and crafted just for you.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• change of mind
• size issues due to incorrect selection
• minor colour differences caused by screen display
• slight variations in print, weave, or handcrafted finish

Before Placing Your Order

We kindly request you to:
• check the size chart carefully
• review all product details
• confirm length/customisation requirements

Since each garment is stitched exclusively for your order, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Exchange Eligibility


We only consider exchange requests if:
• you receive a damaged item, or
• you receive the wrong product

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• your order number
• a clear unboxing video
• photos showing the issue

Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for review.

Conditions


To qualify for an approved exchange:
• the item must be unused
• the item must be unwashed
• the item must be in original condition

Customised Orders


Orders with custom size, custom length, or special alterations are strictly not eligible for return or exchange, unless an incorrect or damaged item was sent by us.

Refunds


Refunds are not applicable for made-to-order purchases, except in cases where:
• the wrong item was sent and replacement is not possible, or
• the order cannot be fulfilled from our end
